Frequently asked questions

What do we do at Apitude??

Almost all companies that have to integrate with public, government or banking institutions, face APIs and their documentation on many occasions outdated and incomplete, but also have multiple errors and gaps.

Additionally, the lack of a single point of contact with these organizations makes integration cycles long, sometimes up to 6 months, and requires multiple points of contact. As these services continue to change over time, this complicates the coordination between the technology and business teams.

At Apitude we are a REST API platform that our client can access, select the modules they want, integrate them into their systems and launch their product with just a few lines of code or through a form, in minutes. Not only that, we take care of all upcoming fixes, iterations, and updates without interrupting the flow.

It's that easy, as it should be. Welcome to the future.

With Apitude we give you access to integrations to public and private sources via API (Application Programming Interface) allowing you to concentrate your development resources on your product and core of your business.

With Apitude we eliminate the complexity of the underlying integrations so that you can start the digital transformation with all the desired services.

The integration process with one or more of our APIs is very simple

  1. Create an account in Apitude using your email as ID and select the modules you want.
  2. Explore our detailed documentation and integrate via API all the services you want or create web forms to consume the services.
  3. You are now ready to start consuming the services.

All the services we offer in Apitude are in real time against the databases we use or those of our partners. Depending on the service, its complexity and the response speed of the databases with which Apitude connects, the requests may take a few seconds. When you use Apitude you will always have the most up-to-date information available.

How to use Apitude?

Our services can be consumed via our API or through web forms. Either of these two modalities allows one or more services to be consumed depending on the client's needs. Our API is focused on developers and our web platform on business analysts or other non-technical roles.

You can create an unlimited number of users and API keys to use our platform. Each use of the services via API or web form will record which user / API key generated the query.

In the case of web forms, the account administrator will be able to observe the consumption and responses of all the calls made by all the users.

To create a new API Key, log in to Apitude, navigate to the account configuration section and in the "API Keys" section select the option to create a new one.

To invite a user to a web form, first log in to Apitude, navigate to the create new form section and create a new one (you can also use an existing one). Once the form is created, go to its administration page and navigate to the option "user administration", once there, you can add or delete users to that web form. The users you invite will only be able to use the forms to which they have been invited directly, if you want a user to have access to multiple web forms, you must invite them to each one independently.

How secure is Apitude?

Apitude is deployed on the AWS cloud, which has 25 different certifications which can be consulted at the following link:

https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/programs/

Apitude has the following security certifications ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and ISO 2701.

Our cloud infrastructure lives in 3 different data centers spread over 2 different countries within AWS. This allows us to provide a high availability service to our customers and have a very short disaster recovery time in the event of a force majeure event.

All our APIs are only consumed over HTTPS with security digital certificates managed by AWS. This allows our clients to be safe when consuming our services from anywhere via the internet.

Once the account is created on our platform, an API Key must be created. This key will be the one used in all consumptions via API (It is not necessary to create it for consumption via Apitude's website) and with this you can start using all the services that do not require a contract with an Apitude partner such as They are some banks, credit bureaus and other types of entities.

The API will return an error in cases where the service is from a partner and needs an additional contract.

To request access to any of the services that require a contract, please contact us, we will be happy to help you with the process.
